As each doll is custom made, we do not accept returns on dolls. If you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact us directly at TinyWideSmiles@gmail.com

We accept payment through PayPal as it is the most secure payment service on the web. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make your purchase. Please follow the payment instructions provided.

We will never share your email, your child's information, or any picture you send us for reference with anyone. Ever. However, we LOVE posting pictures of kids with their dolls, and hearing stories of how you've used a doll to raise your child's self esteem, prepare your kids for the arrival of a special sibling, or spread understanding about facial differences!! About Kate

 Kate Ylst is the founder of Tiny Wide Smiles - Doll Clinic and author of the children's picture book "I Love You Now, I Loved You Then." (under the easier-to-spell pen name Kate Isles.) She earned her BFA in Sculpture from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco in 2004.  Kate founded Tiny Wide Smiles after her son was born with a cleft lip and palate in 2010. She wrote and illustrated the picture book "I Love You Now, I Loved You Then" which has since been translated into Spanish and Chinese. Through her book and custom dolls, she is dedicated to helping families deal with the self esteem and social issues associated with facial differences, spreading awareness, and bringing a sense of normalcy to people touched by one of America's most common birth defects*. Her work has been featured in the Salt Lake Tribune.
